At Hypercut Studio, we offer optional design assistance for customers who need help creating or finalizing artwork for custom products. Our design service ensures that your promotional items look professional, on-brand, and production-ready.
What’s Included
Customers who select the Design Assistance option during checkout will receive:

One-on-one communication with a Hypercut Studio designer

Contact by email or phone, based on your preference

Custom artwork tailored to your brand and product

A digital proof for approval before production begins
Processing Time
Design assistance adds 1–3 business days to your order timeline.
This timeframe includes:

Designer outreach

Artwork creation
Approval Process
You will receive a digital proof via email.
To move forward, you must provide written approval.

If the proof is approved immediately → production begins

If changes are needed → revised proof will be sent

If no response is received within 3 days → your order may be delayed
Additional Revision Fees
The included design fee covers one (1) revision round.
Additional revision rounds (beyond the first) may be charged depending on complexity.
Typical additional fees range from $10–$25 per revision.
Your designer will communicate any additional costs before beginning extra work.
Customer-Supplied Artwork
If you provide artwork later, after originally requesting design assistance:

The design fee remains non-refundable (design time has been allocated)

We can switch to using your supplied artwork after review

Production cannot begin until artwork is approved.
Delays in approval will extend your delivery timeline.
